Are Reginae Carter, daughter of Lil Wayne, and 21 Savage dating....well they might be!  A very reliable source, who shall remain nameless, was in the same vicinity as Ms. Carter when they heard her talk about 21 Savage.  Basically the conversation went like this.... "Girl!
